Data Deletion

Most PopJoy games do not require account creation. Local progress can usually be deleted by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

Request deletion

Email makone8911@gmail.com with the game name, platform, approximate install date, and any user ID or support ID shown in the app. We will review the request and delete eligible data associated with the provided identifiers.

Requests are handled by Shenzhen Wuyao Technology Co., Ltd., registered in China, at Unit 2102, Building C, Jiayu Xindou, Longxiang Boulevard, Jiashitang Community, Buji Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen.

Retention

We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, financial records, or store compliance.
